Downtown Loft on Palafox Street
Enjoy over 500 square feet of this oasis, with a short elevator ride to the liveliest street in Pensacola. This condo, one of The Brent Lofts, features quaint views of the Sky Lounge. Located on the 3rd floor. Reservation includes access to the fitness center and Sky Lounge patio area. Just downstairs is over 40 walkable restaurants, shops, etc.
This entire condo is a part of the The Brent Lofts vacation home rentals and located on the 3rd floor (elevator access). Includes access to the fitness center and Sky Lounge patio area, ground floor lobby doubles as Brent Lofts Art Gallery. Direct street access to over 40 walkable restaurants and shops in the heart of Downtown Pensacola, Palafox Street!
Other items to note:
-Parking is not included in your stay, but validation can be added at a nightly discounted rate ($10) upon request.
-Check in process is self guided, but we are always just a text or call away.
-Minimum age at check in is 25 and rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival. ID may be requested to confirm age and identity verification before access to the unit.
-Access is granted by Yale Accentra app. An invite will be sent via email for guest to download prior to arrival.
-We do offer discounts for longer stays, military, wedding, etc. Please contact management at for more info.
THE SPACE
-Bedroom 1: Queen size bed, TV, closet space, luggage rack.
-Bathroom: Located in the hallway, with stand-alone shower and linens.
-Living Room: Queen sofa couch that is easily accessible. Please note that if you anticipate needing to use the sleeper sofa to accommodate more occupants, there is a $20 charge associated with this. Please let a member of management know ASAP we can properly prepare the suite for your stay. Smart TV.

Excellent Choice
We stayed at this location for labor day and both LOVED how nice the unit was and how close it was to everything. We enjoyed just walking along palafox and enjoying whatever restaurant/shop interested us. Our stay at One Palafox Properties (specifically, The Brent Lofts) was excellent. The apartment was very clean, nicely furnished and a great balance of peaceful/quiet and yet right on Palafox Road so a lot to do. Mallory & Skyelar communicated with us before and during our stay and they were outstanding! They are friendly, very responsive and very clear in their communication. Loft 312 was fabulous. Had a great stay. loft was very hi9gh end. Palafox Street was fun to shop and eat. Service from staff was exceptional. The place to stay in Pensacola
We've stayed here twice now and it continues to live up to expectations. The staff is top notch with a very clear goal of making your stay seamless. The lofts are equipped for comfort and ease. I can't say enough about the location, either. Just love this find! Already booked my next visit!
The first morning I was there I went to the workout center quite early. One of the ellipticals was not working and there was a set of speakers that kept chirping. I could get through my workout despite this, but thought I'd send a message for when someone could respond during normal business hours. Imagine my surprise when a maintenance person flew into the room not even 5 minutes later and fixed the problem. This sums up the service and quality of the place. Everything was clean, new or in excellent condition. Plus, the place is a fortress. The maintenance person asked me what I thought of the previous night's weather. I had to ask him, "what weather?". Never heard a thing! Plus, if you are going to Pensacola, why wouldn't you stay in the heart of it all? We put on miles walking around and going various places. There is so much to do, so much to see. The location is convenient to everything and driving around Pensacola is a breeze! The Brent Lofts on Palafox was perfection. The lofts are well designed and have super furnishings and appointments.
The location is spot on for all the downtown Pensacola restaurants and entertainment.

Dreamy Downtown Palafox Stay
Locals who decided to try this out- beautiful brand new renovated hideaway in the heart of the first block of Palafox- luxurious, comfortable and spacious. Steps away from the Saenger Theater, great restaurants and the heart of vibrant downtown.
