Pura Vida at the Brent Lofts
This entire condo is a part of the The Brent Lofts vacation home rentals and located on the 3rd floor (elevator access). Includes access to the fitness center and Sky Lounge patio area, ground floor lobby doubles as Brent Lofts Art Gallery. Direct street access to over 40 walkable restaurants and shops in the heart of Downtown Pensacola, Palafox Street!
Check In Process:
To check in at any of our 16 Brent Loft condos, guests will need to send email address and sign rental agreement. Minimum age at check in is 25. ID may be requested to confirm age and identity verification. During the week of arrival, we will send step-by-step instructions and videos showing how to download and use the phone app to enter the common space and condo door. It is highly recommended to review and complete these items before arriving on property to allow for a seamless check in.
-Parking is not included in your stay, but validation can be added at a nightly discounted rate ($10) upon request.
-We do offer discounts for longer stays, military, wedding, etc. Please contact management for more info.
-No pets allowed.

-Bedroom 1: Queen size bed, closet space.
-Bathroom: Located en-suite, with stand-alone shower.
-Living Room: Queen sofa couch, Frame TV.

Perfect Downtown Location
This was our first stay at Brent Lofts and it was great. Booking was easy. The self check in and digital key system was seamless. You can prebook your parking behind the building for $10. Fantastic space in a great location
This place exceeded my expectations. Staff was extremely responsive to any question via text within minutes which is unheard of. It was very clean and nice and the location was fantastic. It’s right in the middle of downtown so you can walk around everywhere at night. The downtown is a lively spot and so glad I stayed here vs at the beach. It’s just a very short drive to Gulf Breeze and the beaches. This location allows you to easily head to Fort Walton beach, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach and Perdido Key instead of being isolated to Pensacola beach. Beautiful Loft!
We had a wonderful stay and the loft is very convenient to everything downtown. We walked to dinner and the theatre! Staff was very responsive and parking was right out front.
