Southern Exposure at The Brent Lofts
This entire condo is a part of the The Brent Lofts vacation home rentals and located on the 3rd floor (elevator access). The historic building, built in 1906, offers the perfect balance of historic charm and modern amenities! Includes access to the fitness center and Sky Lounge patio area, ground floor lobby doubles as Brent Lofts Art Gallery. Direct street access to over 40 walkable restaurants and shops in the heart of Downtown Pensacola, Palafox Street!
Military: For active duty military looking for short-term rentals, please contact management directly for exceptions and special rates.
-Bedroom/Bath #1: Queen size bed, TV, en-suite bath w/ shower.
-Bedroom/ Bath #2: King size bed, TV, en-suite bath w/ shower.
-Living/Dining room: Sofa, TV, 2 person dining table & 3 island bar stools.
Other things to note:
-Parking is not included in your stay, but validation can be added at a discounted rate upon request.
-Check in process is self guided, but we are always just a text or call away.
-While not inherently included in the vacation home experience, hotel-like services such as daily housekeeping can be added to your reservation upon request.
-Minimum age at check in is 25 and rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival.
-Access is granted by Yale Accentra app. An invite will be sent via email for guest to download prior to arrival.
-We do offer discounts for longer stays, military, wedding, etc. Please contact management at for more info.

We could not have enjoyed our stay more. The condo was outstanding and had everything we wanted and needed. Exactly As Pictured, Super Clean
Everything was as pictured and super clean. The guest portal app was very user friendly and easy to share with everyone in our party. Getting in and out was easy with the app or the key cards, and being right by Palafox was awesome. Gorgeous Apartment in a perfect location
