             A stay in the Brent Lofts is a contribution to history!  In 2017, the large renovation project began to transform this 1906 historic gem into the ultimate Pensacola vacation getaway while preserving the unique historical characteristics. While there are 30 units in total, 16 are a part of Pensacola's exclusive nightly rentals. Condominiums range from studio to 2 bedroom deluxe, and feature fully furnished kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms and stocked with fresh luxury linens and towels. 

              The first floor of the Lofts double as an Art Gallery and can provide direct access to Palafox Street, a lively combination of restaurants, boutiques, and night life. Enjoy a massage at the Hue spa, a blowout at Pensacola Hair Shop, or Sunday Brunch at OurPalafox, all located in the same building as the Lofts. The "World's whitest beaches", the National Aviation Museum, and the National Seashore are all a short drive or ferry ride away. 

There is a Premium Parking lot (P2811) conveniently located behind the lofts. Premium has offered a special discounted rate for BL guests in the amount of $10/day/car that can be purchased through BL management directly. While there are no spots reserved specifically for guests, there are 150+ spots available. 

Our policy has recently changed. Upon booking, the credit card on file will be charged a nonrefundable 30%. Then, 14 days before arrival, the remaining balance will be charged. 

The Brent Lofts are currently accessed primarily using key cards.

All of the rentable units are located on third floor and accessible via the elevator or main stairwell.
