This entire condo is a part of the The Brent Lofts vacation home rentals and located on the 3rd floor (elevator access). Includes access to the fitness center and Sky Lounge patio area, ground floor lobby doubles as Brent Lofts Art Gallery. Direct street access to over 40 walkable restaurants and shops in the heart of Downtown Pensacola, Palafox Street!.

Check In Process:

To check in at any of our 16 Brent Loft condos, guests will need to send email address and sign rental agreement. Minimum age at check in is 25. ID may be requested to confirm age and identity verification. During the week of arrival, we will send step-by-step instructions and videos showing how to download and use the phone app to enter the common space and condo door. It is highly recommended to review and complete these items before arriving on property to allow for a seamless check in.

-Parking is not included in your stay, but validation can be added at a nightly discounted rate ($10) upon request.

-We do offer discounts for longer stays, and military. Please contact management for more info.

-No pets allowed.

The space

-Bedroom 1: King bed size, wardrobe closet space, en-suite.

-Bathroom 1: Located in the hallway, shower/tub combo. Bathroom has doors to both the foyer and the first bedroom.

-Bedroom 2: King bed size, wardrobe closet space.

-Bathroom 2: Ensuite to bedroom 2, stand-alone shower.

-Living Room: Italian white leather couch with Smart TV. Feel free to use your own streaming services.
