Lofty Blues at the Brent Lofts
This entire condo is a part of the The Brent Lofts vacation home rentals and located on the 3rd floor (elevator access). Includes access to the fitness center and Sky Lounge patio area, ground floor lobby doubles as Brent Lofts Art Gallery. Direct street access to over 40 walkable restaurants and shops in the heart of Downtown Pensacola, Palafox Street!.
The space
-Bedroom 1: King bed size, wardrobe closet space, en-suite.
-Bathroom 1: Located in the hallway, shower/tub combo. Bathroom has doors to both the foyer and the first bedroom.
-Bedroom 2: King bed size, wardrobe closet space.
-Bathroom 2: Ensuite to bedroom 2, stand-alone shower.
-Living Room: Italian white leather couch with Smart TV. Feel free to use your own streaming services.
Other items to note:
-Parking is not included in your stay, but validation can be added at a nightly discounted rate ($10) upon request.
-Check in process is self guided, but we are always just a text or call away.
-While not inherently included in the vacation home experience, hotel-like services such as daily housekeeping can be added to your reservation upon request.
-Minimum age at check in is 25 and rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival.
-Access is granted by Yale Accentra app. An invite will be sent via email for guest to download prior to arrival.
-We do offer discounts for longer stays, military, wedding, etc. Please contact management at for more info.

Beautiful 5-Star Loft in Heart of Pensacola
Beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom loft in the heart of Pensacola. Top of the line appliances, comfortable king size beds. Management was excellent.

Exceptional loft; great location
This was out first stay at the Brent Lofts and it won't be the last. We stayed in two different lofts (reason below) and they were both literally brand new. The loft is a renovation an an old office building and they did a spectacular job. Modern appointments, comfortable beds, great appliances the list goes on. Really, really great. The location can't be beat. Right downtown on Palafox St close to many restaurants and bars if that's your thing. Our first unit was on Palafox St and I happened to book our stay on the one night a month they close Palafox to pedestrian traffic and turn it into a party - literally. The noise went deep into the night (2 AM) and made sleep nearly impossible. I talked to the hosts the next morning and the offered to move us. We were moved to a unit on the backside of the property and we slept comfortably the last two nights with no noise to speak of. The staff were very kind, considerate and helpful.
